Summit township (Cloud County), KS People

Summit, KS is a small town located in the northeastern part of the state with a population of only 46 people. Despite its small size, Summit has much to offer. The community supports many local businesses, such as The Brunch Box Cafe and the Kettle Inn bar and grill. Year-round outdoor activities include fishing at Lake Shawnee and hiking at Monument Rocks National Natural Landmark. Other local organizations include the Summit Community Center and the historic Dorr Farmstead Museum. Local sporting events include basketball games hosted by the Summit High School Hawks and bowling tournaments held at Maple Lanes.
